PA 61 Airyglpyh Castle or Aquaria Palace?

Location: Aquaria, Castle Aquaria, 1F outside room with save point.
Availability: After end of game/ game complete.
Requirements: Must have achieved ending with Albel in party.
Type: Conversation.


Fayt wandered through the palace of Aquaria, glancing around and looking for supplements hidden from normal eyesight within picture frames and inside containers. He knew it was useless because this was not like previous SO stories, in which you could find random items lying about.

He passed the entrance hall to the palace’s church, keen to steer clear of those preying lest he disturb them. Actually, he was keen to avoid the priestess whom was to marry King Arzei- he just couldn’t believe it.

He turned the corner, and came suddenly across a curious sight. Albel Nox, standing randomly in the corridor outside a room, glaring down the hall and folding arm over gauntlet. All he failed to do to show his lack of comfort was stump his feet. He looked rather troubled.

“Albel?” Fayt spoke carefully. Albel turned in shock and made a small noise of frowning disdain- clearly he did not like being seen in this way. “Sorry for sneaking up on you. What are you doing here, Albel? Usually you don’t step foot inside this place unless you absolutely have to,” Fayt began to muse.

“Bah, shut your face, fool! Can’t you see I’m… … thinking?” he averted his words suddenly, and Fayt held back another grin.
Clearly Albel did not want Fayt to think he was worried about something.
He nodded in understanding.

“Alright, what’s wrong then?” Fayt asked. “What were you thinking about?”

Albel deliberated for a moment. It was actually hard for him to continue- deciding whether or not he should say it to Fayt- or at all. Suddenly, he decided upon a suitable way to enter the conversation.

“Tell me fool, what do you think of this palace?” Albel asked, holding his head high, his slanted eyes motioning to the white walls around him.
Fayt blinked.

This was one of those questions where his answer would depend on the relationship between he and Albel- and possibly another party member even though they weren’t present.
If he said something offensive, or something controversial, it could have dire effects.

What could Albel mean by asking this- and what should his answer be? Should he be honest- or lie to try and strengthen his relationship with the samurai?
